This thing is really impressive. I've used it to weld 1/16" aluminum tubes for the turbo intake on my car, and to weld steel for the exhaust. It handles the 4043 wire great; no need for a spool gun. Overall it seems like a very high quality machine, and I'm honestly surprised at how well and how consistently it welds. Great value for the money!
Awesome for the money. ![]()
After reading around online I was worried this couldn't handle 1/4" steel. After useing this welder and 1/4" steel to rebuild a truck frame I have come to the conclusion that people who say this welder can't handle 1/4" don't own this welder and people who say it can do own it.
Awesome welder ![]()
I purchased this welder a little over a month ago and it is great. It plugs right in to the standard home outlet (120v) and packs a punch. This will weld everything from steel to aluminum. I was very happy with the impeccable welds when used with an external gas source. One great feature is that it comes with a Miller gun. The identical Miller machine is is almost twice the cost for the same product. Excellent price and great quality. It is very simple to set up and come with extra consumables i.e. contact tip, and nozzle. I cant count how many times my neighbors have asked to weld something for them, and each time they think it was done professionally. One key point I must state is definitely don't buy cheap wire. It only leads to bad welds. When this machine is used with the proper gas and wire it produces fabulous welds. Great value for the price, and best of all its MADE IN USA!
