Deserves to Stay in the Delta Quadrant
Ah, Star Trek Voyager - a child not even a mother could love. Here's a show that, when given the perfect chance to shine, instead tucked its tail, played it safe, and churned out the same tired morality tales and plotlines we'd already seen in three previous incarnations. What should the basic treatment have been? It's obvious - it should have had the Maquis take control of the ship. A renegade Starfleet ship where Starfleet regulations were in short supply and where the crew was willing to do whatever it took to survive would have been much more engaging and fresh T.V. than week after week of Janeway's tired, pedantic moralizing - something akin to the very underrated and too-short lived show "Firefly" was what they should have done. Fortunately, this kind of radical course correction has begun under J.J. Abrams' direction with the new "Star Trek" film, and hopefully the franchise will stay that course for a while. Oh, and while I'm talking "Star Trek" trash, I can safely say that the "Star Trek Enterprise" series sucked too. I can't even believe that they dared to air that stink bomb after already dishing out an eye-roller like "Voyager."
Really bad vendor 
Over half of the DVD's in this set wouldn't load, or were flawed after they did load. It was so bad, that the seller, bently-west, didn't even want them back!

Voyager 
This product was okay. I have not gone through all of the disks yet, but two of the disks had problems. The episodes on one of the disks(i think it was disk3 ep178 random thoughts ) in season 4 were messed up. They seemed like the disk was scratched but there were no markings on the disk(i know it is the disk, i tried 3 different players), i might have just gotten a disk that was bad and managed to slip through quality control. i think one of the other disks had a simular problem, but it was so minor that i ignored it becouse i was hunting for the problems at that point, i probably would not have noticed it if i wasnt looking.
PIRATED/LEGIT
I have no problem with the product. I have a problem with a second seller who said he had a legit copy and sold us a poor pirated copy. We found out by sending the product to Paramount. We received our money back and paid more to buy a legit better playing product.
Love the product. (At least the legit version.)
Pirated is boxed in poor cardboard with cheesy inserts.
Legit is boxed in colored plastic cases separating each disc separately.
