One of the BoysBy CapitolFree Shipping Ever since the November 2007 digital release of the hilarious, zeitgeist-capturing single "Ur So Gay," Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Katy Perry has been wowing critics and fans alike (including the Queen of Pop herself, Madonna) with her big voice, sassy attitude, and feisty, confessional songs. Katy's debut album, One of the Boys, is a sharp, witty pop-rock gem filled with candid tales of neurotic ex-boyfriends ("Hot N Cold," "Ur So Gay"), crazy road trips with friends ("Waking Up in Vegas"), and figuring out who you are along the way (first single "I Kissed A Girl," "Fingerprints"). While the album displays Katy's feisty, girl-power swagger, it also reveals her more vulnerable side on such regretful ballads as "Lost," "I'm Still Breathing," and "Thinking of You." Although just 23, the Santa Barbara, CA-born native has been writing songs and playing guitar for several years, and possesses the flair and confidence of a veteran storyteller. Catch her in all her glory this summer when she joins the Vans Warped Tour for its entire coast-to-coast run.

My WorldBy IslandFree Shipping 2009 debut from the young multi-talented singer, musician and Usher's teen prot‚g‚. An old soul is the last thing you would expect to find inside Justin Bieber. But all it takes is one listen to the 15-year-old Soul-singing phenomenon to realize that he is light-years ahead of his manufactured Pop peers. The album features production from The-Dream and Tricky Stewart. The first single, 'One Time,' produced by Tricky, is about one of Justin's favorite topics, puppy love. Usher joins Justin on 'First Dance,' where the two share verses on a song that Bieber describes as ''a slow groovy song that people can dance to.'' On the Midi-Mafia-produced 'Down To Earth,' Justin digs deep to talk about growing up. 'Bigger' finds the teenage singer maturing at a steady rate while motivating his listeners to strive for their goals.

Free YourselfBy J-RecordsFree Shipping Few would accuse Fantasia of a reluctance to abide by the wisdom that what you've got, you should flaunt, and the vocal gusto she slathers over her full-length debut gets partial credit for earning--and keeping--your attention. To a greater extent, though, the high-wattage help heaped over the Idol 3 champ and Patti LaBelle-sound-alike makes the disc dazzle. In addition to pitch-ins from Missy Elliott, who produced and co-wrote three tracks and busts out a two-snaps-up rhyme on "Selfish (I Want U 2 Myself)," Jazze Pha duets on the ultra-mod "Don't Act Right" and Jermaine Dupri wrote and produced the smolderer "Got Me Waiting." Surprisingly, though, it's not those tracks or even the Idol-propelled cover of the Gershwins' "Summertime" that will stick with listeners most. Instead, first single "Truth Is," a sweet, old-school R&B lament directed toward a lost love, and "Baby Mama," a spirited shout-out to hard-working single mothers, snare standout status with their from-the-gut authenticity. Keeping it real is what won Fantasia the hearts of millions on TV, and despite Free Yourself's likable slickness, it convinces that--hot commodity or no--she's not about to forget it. -Tammy La Gorce

Ricky Nelson - Greatest HitsBy CapitolFree Shipping When talking about the history of Rock 'N' Roll, Rick 'Ricky' Nelson tends to get overlooked. While he didn't create the genre, brought the new style of music to the masses when his character began performing it on the Ozzie & Harriet show in the late '50s. He became a teen idol and recorded some of the finest music of the era including 'Poor Little Fool', 'Lonesome Town', 'I'm Walking', 'It's Late', 'Travelin' Man', 'Hello Mary Lou' and more. In the '60s, he dropped the 'y' and became Rick and scored more hits. His final hit, the self-penned 'Garden Party', was one of the biggest hits of his career and, once again, he helped to introduce the vibrant and young Country Rock movement to the masses. 25 tracks. EMI Gold.
